Anti-Bullying
Bullying of any kind is not acceptable in NSW schools.
The NSW anti-bullying website brings together information and resources for teachers, students, parents and carers. It provides information related to online safety and what you can do if your child has been bullied, witnessed bullying or been involved in bullying.
For more information on anti-bullying strategies for NSW public schools, see the department’s Bullying: Preventing and Responding to Student Bullying in Schools Policy.

Anti-Racism - Anti-Racism Contact Officer (ARCO)
Racism is defined as prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized. Racism can have serious impacts on educational outcomes, wellbeing and student behaviour.
Hoxton Park High School has a Zero Tolerance Approach to racism. The school promotes acceptance of cultural diversity and challenges discriminatory behaviours.
The ARCO is a trusted and experienced member of staff who works to minimise or eliminate racism and its effect on the school community. The ARCO assists students, staff and parents who have complaints regarding racism and facilitates the complaints handling process. The ARCO is an impartial facilitator in the complaints handling process. The ARCO also plays an educational role in raising awareness and promoting anti-racism education in the school.
If you need to get in contact with the Hoxton Park High School ARCO please contact the school on 9607 4222 and ask for Ms Nguyen or Mr Istifan.
