The Career and Transition faculty consist of the Career Advisor, Transition Advisor and the 'Moving Forward' Program. The faculty's philsophy is ensuring all students leave HPHS with a career goal. We do this by providing a variety of programs and learning opportunities to support your child/ward's understanding and knowledge of the world of work.
