Course Description
Does a career as an administration assistant or personal assistant, office assistant or receptionist appeal to you? This course will give you a head start in a career in the administration industry.
This course provides students with office administration skills. Students will learn how to greet and communicate with clients, to create simple electronic presentations, to prepare and produce letters, memos and records using word processing software, to create and use simple spreadsheets and databases, and to determine, administer and maintain resources and equipment to complete a variety of tasks.
Students who successfully complete this course will receive a Certificate II in Business BSB20107.

Employability Skills learnt include communication, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and enterprise, planning and organising, self-management, learning and technology.
